HELP - UK

We hope that you will find the buying process on our Shoeland website self-explanatory. However, here are a few points that you might find useful:

When you select a size, you are selecting a UK size. Please read our page on Sizing Information

When you click CHECKOUT, you will be taken to the checkout screen where you need to enter your billing and shipping addresses. You will be given the option to pay with a debit card, a credit card, or with your PAYPAL account.

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong and you have to start your purchase again, it's possible that you will find that our system says that the item you're buying isn't in stock, even though it was the first time you tried. This may be because your original attempt has reserved the last item in stock for you. In this case, please call us because we can re-activate the failed order and take payment over the phone.

Shipping to UK postcodes is FREE - we use Royal Mail's 48 hour tracked service which we've found to be very reliable.

If you experience any problems, or if you want advice about products or sizing, please call us. Our customer service hours are 10am until 4pm on weekdays apart from Wednesdays when we finish at 3pm, and we often reply to emails outside of these hours.
