Returns Policy and Info

If you want to exchange items or return them for a refund, we will expect you to cover the postage to send them back to us.

If you're in the UK, and if applicable, we will cover the postage to get replacements out to you. Of course, we expect returned footwear to have labels attached, not to have been walked in on a hard surface and to be boxed as new. As we state in our terms and conditions, we cannot accept goods that are returned to us soiled or damaged. Customers who damage goods will remain liable to settle their invoice in full.

Any returned goods must be received in the same condition that they were in when the customer received them.
